The house, built within the medieval walls of San Casciano dei Bagni, is located in a strategic position, 200 m far from the main square and very close to some shops, bar and restaurant. It is 400 m far from the free pools, and at 1 km from the Fonteverde Spa. From each balcony of the house, you could have a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.

It is a building on 3 levels, completely renovated, both in the outdoor and indoor, however retaining its originality with furniture and family furnishings .
In fact, the owners want guests to breathe an atmosphere of other times while being able to take advantage of modern comforts.
There are two apartments and it is possible to rent them together or separately, since they have in common only the entrance door and the internal stairs.

On the ground floor living room with fireplace and kitchen with balcony, on the first floor two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a terrace overlooking the countryside
