New oil
Our oil, green, strong and fragrant, made only with olives frayed at most 24 hours after harvest, is finally ready, as every year, to repay us the time and passion dedicated to our olive groves and as every year, knows how to bring our customers back to contact with the real things.
A bruschetta with new oil is a classic to taste the slightly spicy taste of freshly pressed oil. The new oil has as a peculiarity a bitter taste, slightly spicy with an intense scent and a yellow/green color, which is part of its characteristics.

Our area offers ample space for walking or cycling suitable for children.

The Aurora Farm is just a few meters from the free tubs of Roman origin, the most prestigious of the 43 hot springs, with water between 39 and 43 degrees, in which you can bathe freely and which boasts 70,000 liters of spare per hour.

The beneficial waters of our territory were already known in the Etruscan – Roman era and rank third in Europe and first in Italy, for their water flow.

On request, in accordance with the owners you can arrange extra activities such as:
– visit to a farm with animals, with the possibility of lessons or horseback riding.
– guided walks around
– chance to participate in a day in search of truffles
– possibility of a trekking native English language guides

About a kilometre from the village of San Casciano dei Bagni is the Fonteverde Spa Centre, which offers swimming pools with thermal water and various services for wellness and body care. Our property being contracted, offers the possibility of discounts for our guests.

If you love cooking, or you are simply gourmets, curious to learn about new dishes, or rediscover those of our Tuscan and Italian tradition, you can take advantage of our friendship and collaboration with the famous Michelin-starred chef Iside de Cesare. In fact it is possible to agree with her  single or group lessons . In addition, Isis loves children very much and organizes cooking classes for them too.
